Famous for  Launched the first ever digital watch with an automatic calendar. The Saturdays are the face of the new Casio Sheens collection

Casio watches blend pioneering technology, stunning aesthetics and hard-core durability to offer an eclectic collection of superior timepieces. Since launching the CASIOTRON back in 1974, the first digital watch with an automatic calendar, Casio has led the field. Casio designs its watches based on the philosophy of offering its customers a whole lot more than just the time. With second, minute, hour, day, month and AM/PM clearly displayed in its digital watch range, to global time zones, thermometer features, solar power, radio controlled technology and even dictionary functions it’s a whole lot of stuff on your wrist!

As one of the top digital watch manufacturers in the world, Casio can also boast a stunning array of designs and styles to suit all, from its feminine Baby-G watches to its Databank line that keeps the wearer informed of a number of important things, to the Pathfinder watches for those who love the great outdoors, to its infamous G-Shock indestructible watches – digital wizardry simply doesn’t get any better than Casio.

Its shock-resistant G-Shock watch, launched in 1983, defied the notion that a watch was a delicate piece of jewellery to be handled with care. Using a triple protection design for all its parts, the Casio engineers really and truly took the challenge of making the world’s toughest watch to heart. Its ability to withstand strong impacts or shaking teamed with its robust and striking design has made G-Shock Casio’s flagship timepiece.  Adopting various news sensors, solar-powered radio controlled technology, new materials and better durability – the watch range continues to transcend. Its Baby G is everything its big brother is, but graces the arms of a younger more feminine audience.

Intended to make ‘every moment shine’ the Casio Sheen collection is specifically for women.  Gracing the wrists of the likes of Claire Danes to TOWIE girls Lucy and Billie, Casio’s range of metal analogue watches mix the slightly edgy Casio vibe with a touch of elegance. Shimmering with Swarovski Elements crystal indexes, cabochon-set crowns and ceramic bezels, the Sheen collection is split into four distinct watch ranges:  discreet timepieces with smaller, delicate, pretty dials known as the Bijou collection; the statement Reflections collection packed with an abundance of Swarovski Elements; the Gold collection and the Classic, which is a more modern than traditional in look.
