However, those assuming that the French luxury house is all style and no substance would be mistaken.  Hermes has a long history in crafting elegant but robust, quality goods including belts, bags, scarves, watchstraps & tableware.  The brand moved into watch manufacturing in 1928, and from a bespoke production facility in Switzerland it has developed flagship models such as the “Clipper” and “Arceau Le Temps Suspendu”, world renowned for their elegant faces and graceful lines.  The brand innovates too, and is proud to have developed its own in-house self-winding movement “H 1837” and “H 1912”, which provides 50 hours of reserve power. The featured timepiece is the graceful Nantucket with its elegant lines, highlight the shimmering reflections and distinctive radiance of the silver.

Did You Know? The luxury brand started life as a harness workshop in Paris, where Thierry Hermes made finest wrought harnesses and bridles for European noblemen and the carriage trade.
