At an intimate and exclusive event at the Savoy Hotel, Nicola Benedetti, classical violinist and Raymond Weil ambassador, launched her special-edition timepiece. Benedetti entertained the invite-only audience with two solo pieces before being joined by 14 students of Jessop’s Primary School in Herne Hill, South London, for a rendition of Vivaldi’s Spring – the first movement of his Four Seasons.
Benedetti’s special-edition watch is part of the Toccata collection and features a chocolate-brown strap and contrasting chocolate dial. The bezel is also set with diamonds, making for a truly precious and elegant timepiece, priced at £1,695 (below).
Benedetti joins Raymond Weil’s impressive roster of musical ambassadors, which includes Labrinth, Milos Karadaglic and 2Cellos. The luxury Swiss-watch brand has a rich history of working partnerships with the music industry, through sponsorships and activations and this passion for music is omnipresent in the entire luxury Swiss watch collection.
