|Famous for||Invented by British product designers and made in small numbers to retain its British design and engineering roots|
Established in 2009, Uniform Wares designs and produces watches based around a philosophy that is firmly rooted in contemporary British design and engineering. Its wristwatches have utilitarian quality and are intended for everyday use by men and women with an eye for meticulous detailing and a passion for diligent, modern design.
London based product designers Oliver Fowles and Patrick Bek together created intentionally pared down watch collections which are characterised by distinct form, considered materials, unique combinations of traditional horological details completed by robust engineered surface finishes. Each wristwatch is one of only a small run due to its exacting design process.
The watch collections are formed of a number of ‘series’ ranging from the 302, oversized calendar Chronograph timepieces; the 251, contemporary dress watches; and to the minimal and slim line designs of the 203, 152 and 103 series.
